1. Services

Hershel Sigma LLC ("Hershel Sigma", "we", "us") provides managed dialer software and related services to business customers ("you"). Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your order form or written agreement.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, plus any one-time setup fee agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your agreement. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, unless your agreement states otherwise.

4. Acceptable use and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your outbound calling complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consent, do-not-call, and call-recording requirements in the jurisdictions you operate in.

5. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
